Alright. I'm actually eating a chocolate right now.. er.. yeah.. so here's how it went today:

breakfast - grated apple and carrot (1/2 each) with lemon juice and honey (I'm seriously finding myself sick to my stomach in the morning if I don't eat) - 100 cals
Lunch - 2 hardboiled eggs and 200 ml soymilk (I consider milk a food)
Afternoon snack - a little bit of yogurt and banana mix with a little whipped cream in it (...) and half a peice of bread with peanut butter - 175 cals
Dinner - Noodle mix with tomato based sauce and green salad (with dressing) - 350 cals
Candy - 3 chocolate/nut based - 150 cals
Drink - 1 mint tea - 0 cals

Total = 1000 cals
So that means I'm at -1000 and therefore my total is now -8100 which sounds good to me.
